Applying physical, chemical, microbiological, and sensory quality checks throughout the process. All operations align with ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards, supported by full traceability and documentation.
5. Packaging & Logistics
We select the optimal packaging types, from 180 kg food-grade drums and industrial barrels to vacuum-sealed packs, catering-size containers, and retail jars or doypacks, based on shelf life requirements, destination market regulations, and logistics constraints.
All shipments are managed with full professional documentation, customs coordination, and export logistics through Mersin or İzmir ports, ensuring consistency and compliance at every step.
6. Project Coordination & Delivery
